Equipment Repair and Service
All of Metrocom's service is performed in-house by FCC licensed technicians employing state of the art test equipment.

The Certified Service Center (CSC) program is designed as a tool to help consumers find quality service centers, to help electronics and appliance manufacturers select service centers for in-warranty repairs, and to provide a standard for professional service firms that desire to offer outstanding customer service.
System Management
With more than twenty six years' experience in the field of two way radio communications, Metrocom has fine tuned the art of system management to a level of perfection.
Site Management
Metrocom offers its site management services to our customers. It is a service which we offer to select customers on an individual basis.
Site Surveys – Path Profiles
They are typically offered to our customers and prospective customers free of charge as part of the Metrocom proposal process. Site Surveys are performed by experienced Metrocom field service technicians and engineers.
Project Management
Typically, one or a team of Metrocom project managers are selected based on the project's scope of work and assigned to oversee the job, working in close contact with the customer.
Installation
All of Metrocom's work is performed by insured, factory trained technicians. Motorola stringent R56 installation and system design standards are strictly followed.
